I walked into Avail Clinic 3 times last year for an appointment and finally received a call for my appointment but the last Sunday of December I got a call cancelling my appointment for today because I turned 65 years old Christmas day.😜I don't understand why I can't get any help since I fainted February 13th, 2018 and have been in pain for so long. I hate the negativity of that place, it is awful to me😰.

Very unprofessional place. I am a retired RN and on three not one or two occasions I was lied too. If someone is ineligible don't tell them they can return in 30 days. Then you call back in 30 days and your told age parameters changed 45-55 and you are no longer eligible. But unfortunately that same evening you see an advertisement for the same study with the original ages thru 75. I filled out the form and the next day a very RUDE young woman left me a voicemail that stated: you have been told that you are ineligible for that study if anything changes, WE WILL CALL YOU. Very unprofessional. The problem stems from the doctor and the nurse who told me I could return in 30 days which is why I followed up. I think you should all rethink how you treat people who want to help others and tell the truth. Yes, from where I come from medical professionals tell the truth.

Love that they don't take so many ppl at once . Bathroom is so clean and nice. Very comfortable bedrooms and they have a chef there that makes your meals daily. Love this place. Only issue is they don't do many healthy studie

an awful experience. Treated like cattle. The male nurse asked too many personal questions and when questioned him about his motives, he left the room, came in and out and acted like a brat. Complaints to the supervisor was a waste of time. Then they refused to pay the clinical reimbursement. An awful unprofessional group of people in a poorly run clinic with a negative attitude.
