Scam. They are scamming elderly and Medicare. Report them by calling the number on your card. And get a new Medicare number asap. There is no “. Welcome packet” and no one to contact about a return label. I did not order it. I will not pay to return it.
Global Medical Equipment Inc of Dallas Texas is involved as well.

TOTAL SCAM! Shipped knee, back and various other braces to my elderly mom that were never ordered or needed. Large cumbersome box. How awful to cheat the system on the backs of the elderly. Plan on filing claims with all agencies that I can.

SCAM COMPANY!! I received a box of unsolicited and expensive knee braces (totaling over $500) from AVA Med Supply (Addicks Medical Supply). When I called them they said my doctor prescribed them, which was a lie. I have no knee problems! Called Medicare to alert them not to pay claim. They said this company is currently being investigated for filing fraudulent claims on medical supplies. Please report this company to Medicare if this happens to you.

Scam scam scam👎 Never ordered it or needed it. I notified medicare. If they don't send a return label, it's going in the dumpster!
They said my physician ordered it. And under the Hippa Act, you can't do that! Beware😐
I even reported them to the Delaware Commission insurance Department.!
I can't do anything else so if they want it back. Contact me if not bye bye back brace!👎👎👎

SCAM ALERT!! This company continues to send my mother back and knee braces that were not authorized or ordered and bills medicare and secondary insurance in the amount of repetitive times too many to mention totally up to over $13,000. How can they do this to older americans?

Same--- a fraudulent scam. Back brace shows up in the mail. Never ordered by anyone. I will return but not sure everyone would since it's a big cumbersome box (especially for some seniors to deal with) and it says medicare would be billed. I called and reported to Medicare.

Same scam about back brace. Billed $1600 to Medicare never requested doc never ordered. They receive return. Send back out and then bill medical

This is a scam. The phone number of Delta Medicall disconnects after three rings. AVA Medical denies all orders and hangs up. Do not accept any orders from these people. A huge scam. They bill Medicare. Report this immediately to Medicare. Fraud !!!!!
