I called to schedule an annual check up! Than they asked me if I am in pain and charged me as I visit a doctor for my pain but I was asking for annual check up by the phone and when I came there. They a SCAMMERS don’t go there!!!!!!!!!
IT WOULD BE GOOD IF U ANSWERED PHONE CALLS OR AT LEAST CALL BACK WHEN I LEAVE VOICE MAIL

I went at 10:39 am and was the only one there. I had an appointment for a pre-operative exam. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly and I received good care.
The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was that they didn’t tell me over the phone that they didn’t do X-rays and they charged me $20 non-insurance cost to draw my blood.
I had read them all the tests I needed and they said fine so I was surprised that I had to go to another place to get the test.
I would use them again for illnesses etc.

Dr Leung and the AV staff are great. They are knowledgeable and caring. I had no trouble getting an appointment. My son had an eye infection and Dr Leung was able to see him quickly and prescribe the medicine he needed to get well.

Highly recommend Dr. Leung and the AV team.

Was told the wait was 30 minutes and it turned out to be over an hour and a half. Prescriptions were to be called in down the street at the Ralph's Pharmacy in Laguna Hills, but weren't. Tried calling back and the outgoing message stated the center was closed for lunch, delaying the filling of the prescription by a couple of hours. There are several of these "Doc-in-the-box" centers to choose from and I recommend that others be used, namely the one less than a mile north on Alicia.

If you are in urgent (but not critical), don't go to this place. The word of 'urgent' seems nothing for them. The office hour is at 8 AM but the office is still closed at 8.15 AM. The nurse was snob, bitchy and not friendly at all. There was no professionalism in her manner when noticing a patient had to wait outside for fifteen minutes and even responded that her car was broken down. It was understandable that everyone has her or his personal problem. Just replied professionally, people will understand. So, if you are sick, better you go to different urgent place.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Leung since the day he opened his practice. I have always been treated like a guest or family rather than a patient. When I delivered at Hoag in 2011, Dr. Leung even came by to check up on me and my baby! Dr. Leung is now my son's (3 years old) and daughter's (1 year old) doctor, as well, and I trust them with him. The new location is only 3.5 miles from the old one, right off the 5 freeway, which is convenient for me.

I have always received good care from this medical practice over the past several years. I never have long waits when in the office, and appointments have been relatively easy to get. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for general medical care in this part of Orange County.

I thought the feedback about them not opening on time surely had to be an isolated incident so I showed up at 8am... here I sit at 810 and someone just rushed in - sign still says closed though so we shall see how long before they open. Don’t recommend coming here if you are in pain or really need to see someone right away.

UPDATE- although they were late, everyone was very nice and professional. So, I’ve updated the review to reflect my final feeling on the experience.
