Walked into a very knowledgeable and experienced Ariana, who recommended cryotherapy compression and red light for my injury. Initially, I just went in for the compression therapy to improve the blood flow in my legs, which is compromised from a recent injury. I had been dealing with pain and uncomfortableness for a week. However, I felt so much better after I completed the combination all 3 therapies recommended to me for my situation.

I found the Cryotherapy to be very refreshing, and I felt cool and crisp after I finished my 3.5 minutes. Alternately, the red light was like feeling the warmth of the sun at your favorite beach, without the harmful UV.

This was my second time at Aurora and I will be returning for a third.
For many years, I was training in all types of fighting systems and wished I could afford this type of help for my body. Now I’m grateful to have found a place that makes it affordable for me to do these therapies. Highly recommend you pop in and try it!!!

I went in with my wife for cryotherapy and it was WONDERFUL. All of my aches and pains from weightlifting went away and it has been roughly 7 days since then and they still aren't back. I've done chiropractic for years and I received better results from cryotherapy by far. I will be returning as often as I am able.

Aurora Healing has been so tremendously helpful in my chronic pain journey. I have gained more function in my mobility and have had more overall healing in the past 2 months than I ever did after years of western medicine, physical therapy, and acupuncture.
I use the red light for acute injury recovery, the infrared sauna for skin care and overall muscle tightness, and the Nanovi for digestion, energy, and injury prevention and recovery.
I get the daily membership and it's so nice to connect with Ariana and her staff. They are so kind, sweet, and truly care about me and are part of the healing experience.

I am SO glad I found this place! As an athlete with a challenging and demanding job, I was looking for a place to not only relax and de-stress but also feel rejuvenated. Aurora is exactly that--and now I’m addicted. It’s like having a slice of a wonderful spa-day pie.

The environment is peaceful, and designed in such a thoughtful manner. You could tell they want to delight their customers by how clean and beautifully-decorated each area is. Plus, they have a bathroom and easy parking.

The staff here are kind, informative, and helpful. They were able to clearly communicate each benefit of their many various services and help me select those that best suit me. I also love that they didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase, but just guided me through, patiently answering my questions.

So far, I’ve tried pneumatic compression therapy, red light therapy and cryotherapy. I’ve always wanted to try cryotherapy, but thought that it was way beyond my budget, so I was super excited to discover the services here are affordable and less expensive than other places I researched. Cryotherapy is my favorite service for when I want to feel like superwoman for the day: it relieves achiness and tension all over, and gives me this crazy burst of energy. Plus it’s great for having youthful-looking skin and reducing inflammation. So good.
