Best Home Health Care I’ve ever came in contact with. Nurse Michael comes once a week to do dressing changes for my dad and he is professional, prompt, attentive, thorough, all the things you could ask for in a nurse. Aivee who made the initial contact and Jay the initial nurse also were just as professional and prompt with communication; that’s what’s needed in a Home Health team. The PT, I didn’t care for. But yes, Aura, thank you for these guys especially Michael.

All of the Nurse Assistants that have worked with me from Aura have been great. Jacob Hernandez has been working with me for a while now. He is very good. He notifies me of his arrival time, he’s thorough, with a positive attitude, he works in a timely fashion and he wraps my wounded foot better than some of the nurses in my Dr’s office. It is a pleasure working with him!

My dad was released from a skilled nursing facility and Aura came out the same day to assess him. It took a little to get the PT and bath schedule together, but his wound care nurse Jacob was on it from day one. My dad says that NO one does his wound care better than Jacob. He listens and he goes the extra mile to make sure all is well.
