If you need help with anything related to hearing, this is definitely the place to go. Angie and Andrea were amazing! We moved here from Tennessee and had looked around the area for a new location, but the places we looked at didn’t seem to fit. We happened to be driving and saw this location and took a chance. We booked an appointment and had such an awesome experience between Angie at the front desk and also Andrea, who spent like 90 minutes with us. Very thorough exams, very friendly people, I highly recommend you visit here.

Have visited Auditory associates several times, in the past for hearing aid
repairs and just recently for new Starkey aids.
I can honestly say I have never been treated as well by any company.
Krystle and her staff have been outstanding.

of their family.
Kudos to a wonderful staff and company.

Krystal has taken care of my husband since she started there and we love her. My husband passed away in June of 2016 and she has been trying to get me to come in because I need hearing aids but I just haven't been able to do that yet. Everyone there is so nice and really know what they are talking about.

My parents live in Old Bridge Village in N. Ft. Myers. My Mother has had a real hearing problem for many years. She got hearing aids about six years ago but they didn't work for her, they weren't adjustable and she said she couldn't hear as well with them as she could without. So you see, she was very skeptical of the effectiveness of hearing aids. About two weeks ago there was a hearing aid clinic from Auditory Ass. Hearing Centers at the clubhouse in Old Bridge. I asked her if she would go and have her ears checked for wax and maybe have her hearing aids looked at. She agreed to go. That was the beginning of a wonderful journey for my Mother. Krystle Cardona was the specialist there that day. She checked Mom's ears for wax and also looked at her old hearing aids. Mom's ears had a small amount of wax and Krystle said the hearing aids were not upgradable to what Mom would need. For going to the clubhouse for the ear check, Mom was eligible for a free hearing test at the office. Krystle was so thorough and so kind and caring with my Mom at that appt. The level of the test was unbelievable! To make a long story short, Mom has had her hearing aids for four days and is loving them as is her whole family. We can carry on a normal conversation and she can hear every word. She has been in some noisy places and she can easily adjust them to what she needs! They are wonderful and the whole experience was amazing! Thank you Auditory Associates Hearing Centers and especially Krystle!

The office is always clean, coffee is always hot and the cookies are a plus. I am more then satisfied with the care i receive, and would recommend them to my family and friends.

When I came in to see Krystle at the North Fort Myers store and she run me through her test to see how she thought she could help me, I was totally shocked and impressed. She is so professional that she wasn't sure she could help me at all but insisted on trying. To my surprise she gave me ULTIMATE RELIEF of my Tennitus which I was told that there was nothing anyone or anything out there that could help me. Told by several Ear, Nose and Throat doctors to just LIVE WITH IT. Before I saw Krystle I was seriously considering getting 2 soldering irons and cramming them into my ears to try and stop the ringing and by knowing I would destroy everything in my ears and becoming deaf I had this idea that it would also stop the tinnitus giving some hope of relief and allowing me to get more than 1 to 2 hours asleep at a time because the ringing in my ears would wake me up giving me NO quality sleep, making me a very irritable person to be around. Little did I know that it would not fix anything. What did offer me some relief was Krystle and her knowledge of hearing aides with special programming that mask out about 75% of the tinnitus. Krystle has done more for me than ANY Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. As far as I am concerned Krystle will always be my ear doctor and NO ONE ELSE EVER. She comes HIGHLY recommend by me for anyone needing anything to do with hearing loss and tinnitus, in fact she is the only one recommended by me. She not only been a great help for ear doctor but has became a great friend to me. She was a blessing to me as well as her mom Lisa who has also been there for me.
YOU MADE MY ENTIRE LIFE, Thank you
