I have used audiology and associates for 13 years now. In 2013 I purchased Widex hearing aids at a cost of 7133.00. It seems high until one understands they totally changed my life for the better. They still work perfectly, and I receive outstanding service 13 years later. I am getting new hearing aids now, just beca
use I want a second pair. They offer different price points and work within your budget.

I didn't hear what I hoped to hear. But there was great hope in the voice of my Dr.
If what I was advised to do doesn't work. We might go in another direction.
He was understanding yet made no promises other than we'll do everything we can to get the best possible results.
Check in was swift and wait time was minimal.

I got my first paid of hearing aids from Audiology Associates about 5 years ago, with Mary Beth as my Audiologist. I was told hearing aids would be available at 12% interest. Imagine my surprise, upon receiving them to find the interest was 26%. The hearing aids fell out of my ears any time I removed my glasses. They finally fell out and I had to purchase replacements. Those only lasted a matter of weeks before they fell out and got lost. I went 3 years without hearing then recently managed to have new aids ordered. When I went for my fitting 2 days ago, I discovered there is a "cap" which was supposed to go in my ear to prevent the aids from falling out! No one ever mentioned or told me about that, even though I told them the first pair would not stay in my ear. Now to the recent visits--I went in and have molds made for my ears. When I returned to have them ordered, Mary Beth had not only thrown them away, but denied ever making them. A second set was made. Months passed with me being told they were awaiting payment from VR. I repeatedly called. Their office is set up that the patients leave messages and have to wait a return call. Since I can't hear the phone ring, we played telephone tag for many weeks. I finally got in for my "fitting" a few days ago. Lo and behold, Mary Beth did not bring the molds to the office, indicated we will need another appointment in a month and a 3rd set of molds may need to be made since so much time has passed. I seriously regret ever making contact with this business!!!

I have been using Audiology Associates for over 15 years after I suddenly went deaf in one ear. Mary Susan Thornton has been absolutely wonderful and continues to be an excellent hearing provider. She has kept abreast of all new advances that apply in my situation and never hesitates to contact me to let me know of any new options. She also is acutely aware of the financial costs and is always trying her best to provide care in an economical fashion.
The staff is always friendly and attentive.
I would recommend Audiology Associates without reservation!
