Lucy & Kelly who tested my hearing and helped through all the stages or steps to teach or help improve my hearing with hearing aids were not only professionally helpful, but very kind as well. Front desk staff were also fast, friendly and efficient. All in all a very positive experience.

My audiologist is very thorough and willing to spend time with you. The team takes good care of you when there are any problems with you hearing aids. They are willing to provide loaner aids if you need to send off your pair for replacement repair. It's simply the best service.

Very pleasant experience. Unfortunately we did not purchase hearing aids due to my right ear having a different structure from left and would need to have plastic mold made of my right ear. Cost went up, but was not the reason we didn't proceed. TENT could not guarantee or assure us that right "custom" made hearing aid would perform as it should. Rachel was very helpful and her knowledge of the products & her suggestions were amazing.

Had ear surgery 6-7-22 on right ear. Dr Roberts and his staff were great at letting me know what this procedure was all about and what they hoped to accomplish with the surgery. I realized a few weeks after the surgery that i was indeed hearing better, but did not know how much until my follow up appointment to be tested against the previous testing. It is amazing what the difference is.
i am so excited about the increased hearing in the right ear. Thank you Dr. Roberts and your wonderful staff.

I personally see Dr. Whittaker. He is knowledgeable, very easy to talk to and kind. The entire office seems to run smoothly as well. The Audiologist's in the office are timely and easy to talk with as well. I would refer my family or friend's to this office......
