I can’t say enough good things about this office. My father left his charging cord in Washington DC while visiting us in Tally. Kaki and all of the office staff were so helpful in giving us a loaner. I highly recommend this office!

I have had only wonderful experiences with Kaki Pope and her staff. If I could give 10 stars I would. Her knowledge is clearly deep and her clinical experience vast. Also worth noting is the fact that she will tell me if a particular approach would not work in my case, or would not be a good use of my money. She is also very patient and, like her staff doesn’t mind listening to a good story. In fact she knows she can find in that story a tidbit or two that will help tweak her adjustments of my device. Leanna and Elizabeth are perhaps the most personable and attentive medical staff in my experience to date. Kaki reminds me that there is much they can do to help me with my hearing aids and phone app between visists. Indeed, they quickly and patiently solve whatever issue I bring to them. I wish I had come sooner, but Kaki reassures me that "you came at the perfect time for you to come."

I have used Audio Rehab Lab, owned and operated by Kaki Pope for over 8 plus years. I found her by accident and drive from Dothan, AL to talk to her and check out her products. I am so very glad that I did. She sales the top hearing aids in the business and her prices are very good. It has been a pleasure to use Kaki and her staff. She is very professional, knowledgeable, up to date on the newest and best products out there. Her staff are very accommodating with to our appointments needs since I drive from Dothan, AL. I'm so impressed with AudioRehab. Kaki Pope and her staff are knowledgable and make the entire process of buying hearing aids stress free and actually enjoyable. I've worn hearing aids for 10+ years so this isn't my first time being fitted. I've owned three pairs of hearing aids but Oticon Intent is the bees knees... love the technology! These aids produce the clearest sound I've ever heard and sync beautifully with my phone to hear music, and audibles, and answer calls easily. Kaki shows she cares about her customers and you can't beat her pricing. So happy I discovered AudioRehab!

I had some hearing aids that never really worked for me. My wife kept after me until she finally made an appointment for me with Kaki Pope at Audio Rehab Lab. Kaki asked me several questions about my hearing problems then tested my hearing. Using the results she asked me to try one of three different hearing aids. I selected the mid range aids based on my needs and her testing. She set them up for me and recommended I try them for awhile to be sure they worked for me. She suggested it might take a few days to adjust to them. I started hearing sounds I don't remember hearing before. I am totally satisfied, and my wife has stopped complaining.
