This place is phenomenal! The staff was absolutely amazing from start to finish! LaTresa the NP took her time with me and truly listened to everything I had to say. They were so professional and kind hearted. Auburn Urgent Care has and will always been my go to when it comes to any medical needs.

I am visiting from out of the country and I got very sick. My work recommended this place, I was worried about language barrier but they were prepared. I had no issues and they were friendly and made me feel so much better. Amanda the nurse talked me through every step and she was very helpful. My shots were honestly painless.

Do not send your college student to this clinic. From improper diagnosis of a severely broken body part, prescription errors and borderline fraud, and finally a bill that was incorrect, I finally gave up after a year and just paid the bill to make them go away. The 2.5 stars is a higher rating than they deserve.

We don’t live in that town but 2.5 hours away. Daughter went bc 103 fever. Results, no idea. No blood test nothing. She needed another day dr excuse for school since 3 days later still at 103 fever. Nurse said have to come back in. Drive 2.5 hours for a piece of paper? They just need another insurance claim. Read other bad reviews. People don’t make this crap up. Problem is that no one reads reviews before going.

I left the above review yesterday. Today she is at a clinic in our home town and has pneumonia.

I love this place. I have only been here for the weight loss clinic and everyone is super nice!! I have called several times with questions, and they are always ready to answer with the most upbeat attitude.

Extremely patient staff. Treated me with kindness despite my coming in unprepared; all the while they were short and the clinic was seeing a high volume of patients. Wonderful people!

This was once a good facility with a good Doctor. Today no doctor is on board only Nurse P. At front office they took several people ahead my appointment sign in and they looked directly at me each time they called another person ahead of me. I reported to the Receptionist said she was aware of problem and would correct it. Finally saw NP and she said a prescription would be called in. I was told when I left it was taken care of. Walgreen's In Opelika (where is should be called in never received it). Walgreen's in Auburn did not have it. It was a total waste of expensive time. When I called Urgent Care trying to get the prescription sent over they did not answer. This was a very inept place. Go somewhere else and not waste your time.

My child was seen at the clinic with an illness. They did not order the appropriate diagnostic tests, they did not give her any treatment while she was there, and then she was discharged without any written patient care instructions. They wanted to immunize her with the flu vaccine at the time she was sick and running a fever. I would highly discourage anyone from seeking care at this clinic.
