I have been with Dr. Greer since prior to my son being born for more than 6 years. APAM (Auburn Pediatric and Adult Medicine) ordered labs for Graves disease diagnosis. They made me a referral to another doctor who I didn't read the Google reviews which were horrible. Dr. Greer ended up yelling at me in the most disrespectful fashion after making an emergency appointment because I was patronizing ER due to being in a critical state. I was just following the comments that ER and the new Endocrinologist I had found on my own to help stabilize my condition because I almost died. Why Dr. Greer yelled at me and released me from care while telling me I was patient 2,200 or 600 something. I'm unsure. I'm fighting for my life and this doctor yelled at me while screaming at me that he was, "I'm going to make it where you will never be able to come back to this office again and refunding your copay." It is frustrating for doctor's to be more focused with covering themselves then trying to help save the patients life and stabilize their condition. The receptionist are constantly changing. If you frequent this office document every call and who you spoke with and what resolve they provided, ask to speak with the highest person up underneath the doctor, and ask follow-up with the DR about what the NP recommends. Something is not right with my treatment and case because I don't find it ironic that both doctor's release me days apart from each other even though they are well-informed that my health status is in a very sensitive/critical state.

I wanted to get my life in order and start getting my health in control by getting annual checkups. Apparently I missed an appointment back in 2016 (8 years ago!) and I am not allowed to because of a mistake I made when I was still a very young adult. Everyone makes mistakes when they just turn to an adult. Only reason I'm not giving this one star is because of how kind and patient the receptionist was.

I have been going here for the last 2-3 years. I have enjoyed it however yesterday I had the most amazing experience with a PA. I often see a different doctor and I've been satisfied with seeing them but my experience yesterday was so amazing that I want to change whom I see. My questions were answered and she was extremely thorough even doing bloodwork after not having any done at my time being at the clinic. I was so impressed with Neva. And I will be bummed when she leaves for maternity leave but until then, I definitely plan to see her from now on. That was the absolute best office visit I've ever had with anyone in that entire office. And she even prepared me for a visit with someone in OB and gave me someone to try to get an appointment with whom I absolutely loved. Thank you so much Neva!!!

I love how they answer all questions and call back in a timely manner. I am one of those worry about everything mommy’s and they seem to understand. They’re patient, caring and love going over and beyond to help with my daughters needs. If you haven’t visited them yet give them a try and you won’t regret it

The doctors here have always been great - very friendly, knowledgable, and will give you the details you want and spend time with you if you ask and want it.

The front desk has always been pretty friendly. We've had an issue with billing once, so we had to deal with a few other areas. It was a little back and forth between our insurance and the office, but we did eventually get the issue resolved. They were always friendly and helpful in helping get the situation pushed along.

We've had an issue before with X-rays between here and the orthopedic not work. The doctor did later talk to us about the issue, and I think they're working to make sure that doesn't happen again. It was frustrating at the time, but we do understand that mistakes do happen.

Overall, we'd definitely recommend this office. We've considered going elsewhere in the past, mainly because our child seems to have something happen after they've closed for the weekend; however, they've reassured us with after hours number, among other personal touches. From my past experiences with doctors, I've been more jaded and less-trusting – so many seem so quick to get you in, get you a med, and out while I want to find the problem. They've gained my trust more in our previous few encounters that's really helped changed my perspective. I'd definitely recommend them.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tonya Bradley for over 10 years. She listens, she doesn’t rush the visit and she is genuinely concerned about you as a patient. Dr. Bradley is thorough and checks everything off to be sure there isn’t something underlying. I’ve never felt rushed or uncomfortable with her. Also, Ali, the NP is amazing! I see her occasionally and she is very caring, concerned and thorough. Really the only thing I feel could be better is, the attention to a prescription being called in by my pharmacy. Sometimes it doesn’t happen or it takes a really long time. I understand they are busy, so I try to be understanding. I would highly recommend their practice!

This place is awesome, but they have taken on WAY TOO many patients!!! Getting through to a receptionist, getting a call back, and/or getting just basic things like prescription refills can take weeks. I am in the medical field, and prior to the pandemic, this was the most outstanding physician's office I had ever been a patient of. But now, it is almost not worth the overwhelming effort it takes to get service. Such a shame. Hope they figure out a new system soon!

Today I did a walk in.. I honestly wish my doctor (Mrs.Little) was there today. However they book me with Dr. Cuthbertson. He was very dismissive. His computer gave him the answers he was looking for, after I disagreed with him, his mood change. He basically said my doctor shouldn’t gave me the meds because the side effects that the meds cause. Haven’t had a problem with the meds besides it’s a $100 co pay. He tried to say that my face was swollen because of other meds I have taken, which I haven’t taken in a month. Told me to keep taking Benadryl.. Didn’t tell me how often. I would think he would give me some type of antibiotics for the swelling but nope he sent me on my way and also told me to go to work. I told him that they won’t allow me to go to work. He told me to stop taking my other medication that is prescribed to me, without giving me new medication.. once he dismiss me I can hear him and his others doctors discussing me. I asked him for a doctors note and he told me to go in to work with my face swollen and without explanation. Now I’m sitting in the ER with an IV in my vein. Thanks Dr. Cuthbertson for not helping me today, hope you have a great weekend.
