This is the second time that I've used this facility. Both times the staff was more than polite, efficient, and very helpful. This time I needed an x-ray, which they did quickly, and it got read quickly. I will definitely go back to this facility if the need arises.

They always take great care of me and my kids when we aren’t feeling well. Yesterday morning I felt rough and by last night I was starting to feel myself again. I wish I could remember the NP’s name and the assistant but these ladies are phenomenal. I love them better than my primary. They seem to be very thorough! Wait time is minimal.

I had to wait an hour due to the nurse not showing up so it would be nice if they would hire people that actually showed up. With that being said, the front desk girl and the nurse practitioner was absolutely awesome. Would go back again without hesitation due to them.

My daughter fell at work and needed her hand examined. We chose this urgent care because it was the closest. We were told walk in wait time was an hour. Well 2 hours later we are still waiting. I can't understand how this place has such high reviews....their service is horrible. Next time we need urgent care we will definitely be going elsewhere.

I absolutely love going here with my children. They go above and beyond to get to the bottom of what is really going on with them. They know how to make the kids feel comfortable enough to trust them. If I could give them a 100 ⭐ I definitely would. The wait was short but they took their time to really listen and make me as a parent feel they were concerned. Like doctors should be, but unfortunately we don't get that other places we have been. Also the staff was great and very polite and sweet.
