II went to Atlantic Hearing for a hearing test and was very pleased with the service. The reception and technical staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Lotes was very knowledgable and took the time to explain the details of the audiology test results and implications for improving my hearing. They all did a good job!

I had My Annual Baseline comprehensive hearing test, they removed ALL OF MY EAR WAX, I had a BUNCH OF IT, and deep cleaned my current hearing devices PLUSSSS UPDATED MY SOUND PRESCRIPTION in my devices and I’m heading EVEN BETTER, thank you so much to DR.LOTHES AND THE ENTIRE TEAM THEY ARE EXCELLENT!! I highly highly recommend for ALL THINGS EARS! Wax removal is done on a big screen in front of me so I can watch!! WOWWW THEY ARE EXPERTS!! Thank you again, and can’t wait to see you in 3 months for a follow up to Dell clean my devices and remove MORE EAR WAX!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I have such peace of mind that they are managing my hearing correctly with best practices, which also keeps my tinnitus down!!🙏🙏🙏🙏

A perfect experience !!! Dr. Kelsee Lothes was great, explained everything that I needed after she conducting testing and an assesment, clearly explained all the optins available and the costs of each. Took molds that were perfect fits for me. Spent time with me and my husband educating us on the workings of my new hearing aids. Made sure through follow up visits that everything was satisfactory. I called for an adjustment and I was give an appointment the next day. I have been wearing hearing aids for the last 44 years and have used many companies, Atlantic Hearing is by far the best I have delt with. I would recommend Atlantic Hearing, Ormond Beach, to anyone with a hearing loss !!!!

I went to this place to make my family stop hassling about getting my hearing checked. I love the place & Dr Lothes is wonderful. It was a very thorough exam & testing. I also felt like she listened to us about our financial position & helped picked out the hearing aid we could afford. The staff that I have met are also very nice & helpful. I highly recommend them!

I didn't realize how much I needed hearing aids until I was tested at Atlantic. I was withdrawing from many social situations because of my hearing loss, but it was hard to admit it. The devices seemed expensive until I understood how much follow-up and support service I would need. Now I am glad that I said yes to better hearing and a richer and fuller life.
