I used their services to rent a wheelchair for the weekend and although it was a brand new wheelchair, within 2 hours the arm rest started to fall apart. When I returned the wheelchair, they told me there were going to charge me for the repair which I did not do the damage but it was a manufacturing defect and they should have gone back to the manufacturer. I was saddened to learn about their customer service.
