My teenager has had a wonderful experience at Ataraxia with Caige. I remember the first visit when I told him he did not have to go back if he didn't find it valuable and here we are a year later. He makes his own appointments, and has experienced so much progress. As a parent, I'm thankful for so much, but especially the lifelong skills he has acquired and his positive perception of counseling that will surely benefit him in the future.

I would leave zero stars for Caige Mc. if I could. He took my spouses credit card info, sent an appointment, then within minutes it was cancelled, but screen shots are forever. When confronted he admitted he knew there were problems in his booking system and he was overbooked and he should have done something about it but just hadn’t because he was “so swamped.” How disrespectful is that to a patients time, how inconsiderate is this man?

Wow- and this is someone who claims to work with ADHD? He can’t even get his own schedule in order and basically lies and claims he has appointments when he does NOT- and what is worse, he knows he does not, but he sure does take all of your information AND CREDIT CARD number, code, expiration date. I went ahead and cancelled my credit card and consider this person to be unethical at best. Sketchy experience all around- use anyone except this guy. He has no respect for patients.
