I recommend Assured Home Care and give them 5 stars all the way! I find them to be compassionate people, responsive and easy to work with. We initially spoke to Rachel and she was very understanding of our situation. Dale came out to meet my mom at the hospital and he was very warm, kind and empathetic. They got us on their schedule right away and always got back in a timely manner. The caregivers they sent were excellent, especially Passy. Given that there were some unknowns with our situation, they were very flexible which we appreciated. We will recommend them and we will absolutely use them in the future.

Assured In Home Care was great! Carla was amazing and always available to answer questions and help us have a tough conversation with my dad (he needed care due to a recent surgery that had had an impact on him cognitively and physically) who was pretty adamantly against help. She was really there every step of the way. My dad had two caregivers with whom he liked and if he did have an issue with them, they were resolved pretty quickly. Our parents were married 65 years; it wasn't until after my Dad passed that we realized Mom was experiencing issues with Dementia. It quickly became apparent that we could not leave Mom unattended, but she was staunchly opposed to leaving her home. We were so blessed when my nephew found Assured and we first met with Carla. It was a bit of a challenge at first for Mom to allow someone into her home, but Carla delivered the perfect caregiver for our Mom. Our caregiver, Gladwell, quickly became a member of our family--so patient, kind, and happy. She always cheered Mom up. Gladwell took such excellent care of our Mom, even driving Mom to the hospital with me for what turned out to be Mom's final visit. Gladwell and Carla greatly improved Mom's quality of life, especially appreciated for a recent widow with dementia issues. The team at Assured was always very courteous, polite and professional. Our entire experience with Assured, Carla and Gladwell, was wonderful, and I'm confident so many others have similar stories.
