Do not use this company if you are disabled in any way!
— Not reliable as they do not have enough caregivers to cover the shifts they need to fill.
— Not Trained. We’ve had ONE caregiver out of many that was trained on how to use a hoyer lift and changing a catheter bag before their first shift with us…ONE in almost two years! This company should not be paid by the client to TRAIN THEIR STAFF on how to do the job!
— Unprofessional caregivers. Most caregivers will do the basics, and then sit and play on their phone.
