If I could give Management a zero I would. This morning I was waiting for my Aide to show up. called Assisting Hands. They told me my insurance ran out the week before. It would’ve been respectful if they had called me to let me know and find out if I would’ve like to pay for it myself. Second problem someone in the household had Covid and they told me “they don’t send an aid to a sick house”. Aren’t they supposed to know how to handle a household with somebody that has Covid? The aid was very nice. I would give her three stars but she slept when not helping
