Excellent experience with the call center staff setting me up for my services. Kind, friendly, and Tamisha was amazing with getting everything set up. Would recommend just for the human interaction!

If you people want to keep employees get rid of these bad actors, you call managers before they cause the agency to be hit with a discrimination lawsuit. Your manager Becky openly made a homophobic comment in front of me and another employee. No one will tolerate this in the workplace.

shift change is terrible! the staff changed pill call to 8pm and bedtime to 10pm when the times are originally 7pm and 9pm. that didn’t have any extra pair of flip flops so i could take a shower so my feet weren’t covered the shower floors were gross. the sensor light in the bathroom doesn’t work properly. i think it’s best y’all would have the women and men separated not held in the same day room. the women staff were mean and rude for no reason the men staff were flirty with the female patients.

This people take care of me like a baby. Love the support staff...It is like my second family. I really want to give thanks to a man that fight for my health and my all concerns. I don't know his name,but was an angel that God give me to protect me since I was there and other place. I love the food and I apprecciate every effort that this angel did for me. My son has been trying for two days to get into the facility on west gore street and getting the runaround from the beginning. He has insurance but apparently the women at the desk on 6/13 chose to ignore that and sent him on a wild goose chase getting letters notarized and taking his family through hell. When he arrived this morning they told him they needed a letter from me and proof of income. After all that the current desk attendant said "Why didn't you tell me you had insurance?" That was told to them yesterday. I hope now he can get the help he is so desperately seeking and I can write a positive review on his treatment.

Great staff that protects the wellbeing of clientele to the degree that current government funding allows. I was at Mercy Drive, not at the 5151 address currently reported by Google. I will withhold names at this time but this team is by far one of the best. Shout out to the receptionists. If this is the wrong company, please discuss that with the appropriate authorities. You know yourselves.

I can only speak of their detox facility, which I could not find in order to write a review, so I am posting it here. They are money hungry liars. This place is ran by friends of friends so no one is ever held liable unless you bring the law into it. They are extremely short staffed and they deliberately neglect the patients. A female patient in the unit was throwing up, I let the nurse on call know and she told me to bring her a towel because she's too squeamish to do it herself. And you call yourself a nurse, lady?!
I will also add that at the time of my stay, I was 6 weeks pregnant and the idiot doctor in charge used a dopplar to confirm the heart beat... I know and everyone else in their right mind with any basic knowledge knows that you cannot hear a heartbeat until 10-12 weeks. It was bad as it was that she did that but it was worse that she was training a nurse on how to do it when she knew that no heart beat could be found at 6 weeks on a dopplar! Either she was really that ignorant or she thought that I was. The doctor attempted to find a heartbeat via the dopplar because it was required by state law that a viable pregnancy be confirmed but because this place is so poor and underfunded, they did not have the proper medical equipment to perform an internal ultrasound. They then proceeded to put me on a CATEGORY D drug during my stay which is not safe for pregnancy. They did this without even letting my obstetrician know. When she found out, she was shocked. These are only a few examples of this facility's malpractice and negligence. You can make the choice for yourself if you'd like to put your life in their hands, but I hope you read this first.
