I am extremely happy with the care that I received at Aspire health. Dr. Singh and her staff are kind, pay attention to your needs, and very punctual with all of my appointments. They are also very flexible and easy to reach in times that I need an urgent situation. I began my care there with known weight gain and feeling very fatigued in my body. Doctor Singh was able to give me a whole body analysis from what I ate, my lifestyle, and understanding who I was before just prescribing a bunch of medication. The care at this practice literally changed my life and I highly recommend.

Update:

After leaving my initial review, Dr. Singh personally called and sincerely apologized for my experience. She took the initiative to schedule my appointment, which I appreciated. However, when the appointment time arrived, I received a call from her staff stating that while she was aware of my scheduling issues, but she would meet me today and tomorrow with the doctor.

At this point, I have chosen to move on and find another doctor. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I truly hope the office addresses these ongoing scheduling and communication issues so that no other patients have to go through the same inconvenience.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this office. My consultation with Dr. Singh went very well, and I was looking forward to being under her care. However, due to the lack of follow-up and poor communication, I will never get the chance to experience her expertise as a doctor.

Initial review:
I had my consultation appointment on January 23 and was informed that I would be contacted after completing the necessary forms. That follow-up never happened. On February 24, I called the office to address the issue and was assured that someone would call me back—yet no one did. I called again on February 26, left a message since no one answered, and only then did I finally receive a return call.

After waiting for over a month just to schedule an appointment, I was shocked to learn that the first available appointment wasn't until July. When I expressed my concern, I was told, "We have expedited functional," implying that I could be seen sooner, if i paid extra.

This experience has been disappointing and unprofessional. Proper communication and scheduling should be a priority, and patients should not have to chase down an office just to receive care.

Dr. Singh and her staff are so professional, courteous, thorough, and compassionate. I've searched high and low for a Dr. that embodies these qualities, with a staff to match, and I finally found them here at Aspire Health. Dr. Tami Singh is an EXCELLENT medical doctor, and I love that she practices both Western and functional medicine. She is very warm, open, and truly cares about her patients. Educating her patients is very important to her, and you truly feel heard. On a personal note, she has willingly promoted my energy healing practice with her patients, and when my father recently passed away, she was there with a warm hug and a beautifully written sympathy card. She is priceless. What I love most is that she gives you the freedom to choose what feels best for me. She educates, suggests, and then gives space to decide what is a fit and what isn't for me. She isn't one to push pricey options unless, 1. She knows they work, and 2. It is essential. She also makes herself available to speak to other healthcare practitioners that you are working with to share information and options for her patients. I just can say enough wonderful things about her. I am truly blessed to have found her. 💕

It is refreshing to have a doctor listen and encourage you to actively participate in your health. Since becoming their patient, I have had a phone appointment, an in-person appointment with Dr. Singh, and bloodwork done. When coming in for my bloodwork, I didn’t have to wait and Abi did an amazing job. Each member of the staff takes time to ensure you are comfortable and that all your questions are addressed, which is so different from most doctors.
