the staff is the best part of this building, especially Alexis, she come to check on me everyday. They keep it nice and clean. I really love my roommate. The food can be a little better but overall i love my new home 😃

They just sent us a bill for $18,000 for our sister’s care for January 2025. The fee is usually around $1000/month. There has been no explanation or admission of error. No one will return our calls. Has anyone else had this happen? Something crazy is going on!

Okay: error was mine. I didn’t remember Medicaid policies. They explained and got us legal help to get sister’s benefits reinstated.

I think that is the worst nursing home I have ever seen in my life. My friend just got put there they leave her laying With poop all over everything, it was even on the floor and guess what she has C-diff so everyone walking in there is spreading it to every other room they go in because of it being on the floor. When I got there, she had been laying with poop on her for four hours. I couldn’t even find her aid. She has three small drawers for her clothes The bathroom is very outdated sink cracked. . The entrance door to the place has a weird freezer handle to open the door. Total disaster please do not send your loved one to that place. when I say it’s nasty and run down, that’s just putting it lightly

Senior citizen patient has been here 3 times before and I highly recommend anyone long term or short term to come to Aspire at Orange Park. The staff and therapy department are GREAT!!! See much improvement this time around 🙂

We had a few concerns about some of my moms stuff, but Roxanna very graciously helped me locate everything. The receptionist on duty that evening also took the time to take a picture of me my mom and sister for her 80th birthday ! Thanks everyone who helps out with the care of mom ! You are very kind and appreciated.

This place is a mess they treat my mother so bad she calls crying almost every day I lost my only brother last year and the nurse there threw away his ashes just because i called the head of the nurses on top of them not like her ms Joanne is the head of the nurses I’ve talked to her and she does nothing but take up for the my mother has a important surgery that they won’t even transport her to the place is disgusting and smells and it’s all young nurses that never answer the and when they do it’s with a attitude this is a real review not a fake one like the rest I seen up there I’m getting a lawyer for this company I don’t need my mother to do so
