WORST STAFF EVER!!! Extremely unprofessional approach, will attempt to diagnose you with psychological disorders if you have ANY disagreements. Was told I was “having a panic attack”, that I should “stop yelling” and that I’m “not in control of my emotions”. I was in pain from a double tooth extraction which took place earlier that day. I could barely talk, let alone yell. I’m an adult, not a child so the emotion line was completely uncalled for and I have no history of panic attacks. I was simply in the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my entire life, and had to go home with NO HELP because the ONLY ER DOCTOR has an EGO the size of TEXAS!!!

The nurse was awful, mean, extremely rude on Oct 8th 2024 I went in around 4 pm day shift.. The Doctor was was concerned, compassionate, and very professional.. The nurse needs to find a job from home, I hate for her to treat a child or elderly person how she treated me breaks my heart

Called to ask about covid testing since it’s the holiday weekend and all Crossett clinics are closed and I was told I would HAVE to register in the ER($$$) and it wasn’t guaranteed the Dr would do a covid test!? I thought they wanted people testing? Now they can pick and choose who gets tested? And Ashley County medical center wants to make sure you pay an ER fee IF they are even going to consider testing you. Guess I’ll have to wait it out and find an urgent care in Louisiana.

Doctor was out in the hall making fun of me to the ladies out there because I was concerned that there may be some Correlation between my Excessive nose bleeds and my covid 19 shot I just received. Like iam a doctor something how iam supposed to know .I recommend when in Arkansas avoid Crossett altogether nothing but dumb people in whole area.
