The staff bent over backwards to help me get a cardiac event under control. The staff in the ER and CCU were very accommodating and genuinely concerned about my health. Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Emily in the CCU are caring and very professional!! I would go back if I lived closer.

WORST STAFF EVER!!! Extremely unprofessional approach, will attempt to diagnose you with psychological disorders if you have ANY disagreements. Was told I was “having a panic attack”, that I should “stop yelling” and that I’m “not in control of my emotions”. I was in pain from a double tooth extraction which took place earlier that day. I could barely talk, let alone yell. I’m an adult, not a child so the emotion line was completely uncalled for and I have no history of panic attacks. I was simply in the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my entire life, and had to go home with NO HELP because the ONLY ER DOCTOR has an EGO the size of TEXAS

I prefer ACMC over El Dorado because they always treated me, my mom &y husband with dignity and respect. It's just special. They explained everything before they touch you. You know everything before the process.

Absolutely awful. Don’t know why I still go here. Some staff are nice sometimes, but my recent experiences in the emergency room have been a joke. Doctor and nurses were talking badly about me outside of my room. Gossiping, accusing me of lying for pain medicines when I was in extreme pain and went to them for help. Said I was fine when there was visible swelling and I could hardly move. Is this how they treat all of their patients? By disrespecting them, letting them suffer, by gossiping? I’m so sick of this being a common thing!!

Absolutely a joke. Not sure where they are finding their Drs at but they need to find some somewhere else. My husband was told to come back for a serious cellulitis infection if it started to spread, when we came back (after it had VISIBLY spread 4 inches wider) the Dr told him it was just a mild case and he was just having anxiety and that even though it felt swollen and red it wasn’t? Never again.

I went over recently to the wound clinic to have a foot wound worked on. I tell you what, that is the way to run a hospital. They were polite and professional from the start to the finish. They made sure I understood how they would be treating my wound and made sure I was satisfied. THAT'S HOW YOU OPERATE A HOSPITAL.

This place does not even deserve one star. My one year old has been throwing up all day not eating or drinking and has a fever of 101.8
They came back into the room and told me he the ER doctor said he was not considered an emergency so the only way he can be seen is if I pay 150.00
