Our caregiver from Ashford has been with us for 3 years. She is amazing and has given my husband first-class care in every aspect. Due to a family emergency she had to be absent and Misty (Ashford supervisor) took her place who was equally amazing and provided A-One care for my husband. I've been with Asher care for over 4 years now and I can't tell you what a wonderful place it is to work. Misty and Durrand work very well with their employees. If you are having any kind of difficulties with a client they will work with you and help resolve the issues. If you have questions, they are a great support team and you can contact them anytime day or night and they will get back to you in a timely manner. If you need hours and as long as you don't cancel frequently or just not show up for a shift, they will find hours for you, if you just give them the time they need to get them. It has been a great pleasure working with Misty and Durand over the years and I would highly recommend Ashford care to anyone who may need a caregiver or anybody who wants to work for this company, you can't go wrong.

When my mom unexpectedly passed away last November, my dad was left by himself in their home of 38 years. Being married for over 65 years, they were independent as a couple. It became apparent that if dad wanted to stay in his home, we would need to find him care. Having dementia, this was no easy task.

He took the time to put our minds at ease and has made dad feel so comfortable providing the necessary care to allow him to stay in his home. His caregiver, Shiara, is simply amazing. She is personal and professional on all levels. Between Durrand, Misty, the office schedular, and Shiara. they will work out any detail necessary to accommodate your needs. I fully trust Durrand and his company to take care of my dad. Communication is open, honest and upfront - no hidden concerns or surprises. Ashford home care has been a fabulous transition for my father. Ashford, treats him as a person in control of their home care while the provider guides them along. My father, unfortunately blind, relies on assistance. This assistance has allowed him to live independently and have care provided by a trustworthy employee. The communication is second to none and if issues arise ( such as scheduling) they are dealt with proactively. Dee, the HHA, and administrator, Durrand have been wonderful. Thank you to the entire team of Ashford.
