From the courteous and helpful check-in, to medical assistant Rose's literally painless vaccine injection, my personal medical experience at Ascension St Vincent's Urgent Care could not possibly have delivered greater satisfaction. I was treated like a valuable customer, not a nameless patient. Rick, the attending physician, is eminently competent. He thoughtfully probed all aspects of my minor injury before prescribing treatment.

The process was very easy and simple. The staff were very good about getting patients in and out. The line of patients in front of me was moving rather quickly, and the staff at the front desk were polite, communicative, and punctual about processing my information.
I was slow to fill out the forms, but they were very patient and gracious to let me take the form with me into my visit.

Doctor Rick and the nurses were very kind and respectful. I was blown away by how meticulous the doctor was in his care for my wound. I didn't feel rushed or ignored or seen as just a paycheck for the office.

The doctor fully explained his treatment and reasons for his thought process, which I appreciated.
He provided me with all I needed to make a speedy recovery. He was quick and punctual to get me a doctor's note for work and sent me home with self care kits followed by clear and thorough instructions.

I would highly recommend this location as opposed to its sister locations, and this staff as well.

The facility was very clean and sanitary and staff kept busy while patients were in and out.

They know how to take care of their patients and what professionalism actually looks like.

I was very impressed by this UC. I was on travel and advised to go through my insurance. St. Vincent’s was professional, clean like a hospital and comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent- the medical staff was thorough and caring. My home provider validated all their processes, their decisions and the care plan they gave me. There was virtually no wait and everything moved efficiently- I was on site less than 90 min. Very happy with my care

I was so sick for 2 weeks. I had the flu for 1week, which I thought I got over so I went to work. By evening time getting home I felt horrible which I went to Urgent care the next morning as soon as they opened. They took a chest xray and said the flu turned into pneumonia. They went above and beyond and took really good care of me knowing I wasn’t feeling well. I was in and out pretty quick.

Went on a weekday morning around 11am. Took my daughter in and the parking was plentiful, facility grounds clean and easy to find entrance. The front desk staff ladies were polite and helpful. Our wait due to our time was maybe a total of 12-15 minutes in waiting. Seating was pretty clean and not sparse. There were two family bathroom in the waiting. Nit sure of their cleanliness because we did not use them. The staff that took us back to the room and all we passed were kind and would say hello. Dr. Albarran had great bedside manner made sure my daughter felt comfortable with his presence, explained every thing well and was accurate with the diagnosis and treatment. Overall if I needed to return to Urgent Care I would come back to this location.
I only give 4 stars because some features I can not speak on and I am not sure what the location is like during prime hours of evening or weekend.

I had an appointment, so no waiting. I did get there early and was seen right on time. From check in to seeing the Dr was pleasant. All staff were friendly
