My mother has been under Dr. Katrina Eletheropoulous care and appointments go well but we are no longer going to be going back there because the staff is awful. My mother was needing her primary to facilitate a referral and they refused to assist. We are done with this office, twice this has happened and was treated very rudely in front of the waiting area. I even advised the surgeon office instructed me to get with the Dr. and they flat out REFUSED to assist or even speak to me. I have recommended several patients to Dr. Katrina but as of today I will never refer her or this facility. If you love your parents and are trying to help them get the best of care I would by pass this office and find some people who actually care.

I’ve had multiple problems with this facility but I’m finally saying enough. I have a newborn and after a few exercises have knee pain that is unbearable while standing. I make an appointment yesterday and got an appointment for today.. today i had to drop my daughter off at school (8:30) and bring my son with me to the appointment and i ended up showing up 10 minutes late. There are two people in front of me so i have to wait to check in. When i finally get to check in it 17 minutes past my appointment. Ah! Like they ever do my appointment on time when I'm there 15 minutes early. They cancel my appointment and I'm left in tears because i have to now wait until April to get seen for knee pain that hurts to stand on. HORRIBLE . Absolutely horrible. I’m a mom of 3 now but Katrina couldn’t care less. Sad because in the beginning i truly believed she cared!

Dr Romanow, Ms Sherry D and everyone at St Vincent’s primary care go above and beyond to help their clients. They truly care about your health and wellness. They are worth their weight in gold and I wouldn’t go anywhere else !

I waited over 2 months for a new patient appointment. One week before the appointment I got a text saying it was canceled. The office didn’t even have enough courtesy to call me. So when I called to try and get another appointment, I’m told the next available appointment is a month or longer away. This is unacceptable I work for a clinic and if we have to cancel new patient appointments we convert slots so that they can still be seen in a short amount of time. Now I have to try and find someone who can see me in a reasonable amount of time.

Worst place ever.1 hour in the waiting room and they even didnt know what its my screenpapers.Avoid.
If you have all day long for be treated like nothing and see all the bad mood of those people there.

I had a very nice we experience.Dr Romanow was thorugh and knowledgeable of both mine and my mother's needs. The staff was very accommodating by ensuring that mother and I could be seen together making the appointment much more convenient for both of us.

I love my Nurse Practitioner she’s very thorough and she listens to your concerns. I call her Dr. Katrina because most real doctors will never take the time to listen they just wanna get the patients in and out the office and pass out medications for everything!!!! Unlike those doctors my nurse practitioner finds solutions for your symptoms

This was a horrible experience! I've never had such a horrible experience at a Doctor's office in my life. Every aspect from checking in, to the doctor, to checking out and waiting for blood work only to be told I couldn't do the blood work there. Everyone but the nurse who took my vitals was rude. The doctor was very rude and told me I probably wasn't a certain diagnosis (that could only be determined by blood work) to which I said "Do you know that or do you have to do blood work?" She said "I don't have x-ray vision" then why are you telling me you don't think I have (undisclosed diagnosis)? It was horrible and I do not recommend anyone go here!
