This branch is horrific. I have been with this practice for 6 plus years. In the past 1.5 I have lost 3 doctors: Grewall, Bussey and now Aguirre. All three were fabulous but were run out for various reasons. Management is not to be trusted and losing 3 doctors in a year plus is dangerous irresponsible and negligent. Not to mention the office cannot help me with a transfer of patient. Haha what You can’t seem to keep good doctors but more importantly you don’t care about ongoing patient care? My adult daughter got a phone call “sorry your appt is cancelled and we don’t have a dr for you” what is that? I’m not saying there aren’t good people that work there, but they should all leave and go somewhere they are valued like the 3 doctors I had because clearly this place does not value their doctors or patient care. I would not trust such a mismanaged place with musical and disappearing doctors.

I very glad I found Ascension Medical Group St Vincents in St Johns. The staff is wonderful. They're helpful and very patient. The nurses are professional, and make sure all questions are answered. Last, but definitely not least, Dr Alison Mabus is the best Dr I've had in years. She takes her time, and covers every issue I have. She's awesome! The entire office is awesome!

Dr Mabus is the best doctor my family and I have ever had. She is kind, caring, & compassionate. Anytime I need a specialist, the referral is sent immediately. Prescriptions are called in a timely manner & correctly. The staff is also wonderful. I would highly recommend Dr Mabus!!

Dr. Davila and his staff are the absolute best.
He listens carefully, and I always leave his office feeling confidence that my medical concerns have been addressed.
His medical recommendations are always spot on, as a result I feel better soon.
Dr. Davila is an outstanding doctor and I highly recommend him.

As always, Dr. Mabus has helped me out with answers and medication to help my health issues. She never makes me feel like she has to hurry up and get to another patient. I honestly feel like I could talk to her for hours. She is so helpful and if I don’t understand about an issue she answers without hesitation. GH

I have been going to Dr. Mabus for over 10 years and lov lov her. She is so calm and reassuring. She just recently helped me get my Hypertension in order. I had been to the ER and my bp was out of control and she changed my meds and it has gone down sooo much. Still awaiting some tests but she got the right dosage on the first try. Thank You Dr. Mabus.

I agree with the last reviewer. Dr. Aguirre left the practice for whatever reason but no one there will refill my medications. I've called and spoken to several people, left messages, sent emails through the portal. Nothing. I need my medications and they don't care
