I have to come on here and give a big shout out to Northside St. Vincent’s. They really came through for me and my family. Basically I had to transport 2 children to locations. They worked with me on this day so that I could get my second kid to where they had to be. When I got back we continued the process as if nothing was out the norm. It’s like they are family in a way- becoming familiar you and your family, knowing your name etc. I really love the staff. I like Dr. Massey. He and I worked as a team to explain diabetes to my son. I appreciate that he allowed me to voice my knowledge and just supported me when working with my kid. I really like this staff.

My medical team is the bomb I don't know all the names but they know miss Dawn Baldwin whenever I call and they make sure they take good care of my need and Mrs Anissa is awesome 😎

The Northside Office is very professional. Dr. Pennick is concerned about his patients, the referral are on time and the phlebotomist is very good (one stick).

I won't go back to this Dr ever again I suffer from chronic debilitating pain and was homeless at one time I was in so much pain because of rain and freezing cold that I took something to stop the pain and overdosed the Dr wouldn't prescribe gabapentin for me because of that I wish he would see my MRI then judge me

The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and personable. The facility itself is huge and so clean. They decorate the office so nicely during the holidays also. Appointments run on time. Dr takes me and my concerns seriously, and I don't feel brushed off. I honestly have absolutely no complaints. One of the best doctors offices I've had the pleasure of visiting.

I love this office. Everyone is kind and professional from the front desk staff all the way back to the medical assistant and the lab technician. Nurse Brisbane is amazing, very caring, knowledgeable and professional. I feel truly listened to as a patient. I would give 10 stars if I could.
