Dr. Parthvi and staff go above and beyond to make sure that the care plan is understood and implemented correctly. She went to extraordinary lengths in dealing with my plan d insurance in an effort to get the medication she prefers, approved for me. I never feel rushed or unheard. Everyone in the office is professional, presentable, kind and helpful. The office itself is clean, peaceful and organized. I would recommend Dr. Parthvi to everyone. I consider myself quite fortunate to have her in my corner.

I was well greeted by Staff. I had a Super nice nurse. Doctor Hannah was very kind. He was very patient, he went over everything with me and gave me his recommendation to improve my sleep machine. He didn't made me feel like he was in a rush! Excellent visit. I would highly recommend!

Started slow. Felt like I was just being hussled out the door. After I explained that I needed help and my wife needed me to be help she did a great job of starting a plan to make me better.

The staff were wonderful and very pleasant the whole time. But like myself, I saw other patients who use assisted walking devices, have difficulty getting in and out of the doors because the lack of automatic doors for handicap. I would hope they would consider putting that in in the future.

Arrived for appointment and my Doctor was not there. Was seen by a retired NP who only worked one day a week.i had never seen her before. Told her and office staff that if I could not see a DOCTOR regularly I would find another practice.
