From the moment I walked in, the attention from the woman at the desk to the Respitory Therapist (who went out of her way as I didn’t go for anything respiratory) to the nurses and the doctor, was incredible. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. I loved my entire experience

I went in on a Sunday with what we thought could be a sinus infection. Dr treated with meds promptly. Prayed with me!!!!!! ♥️♥️
Had to return following day. It was an allergic reaction to my daughter’s dog. Throat started closing. Had very immediate attention!! I was so impressed. I wish GA had as caring facilities as here! I highly recommend to anyone living here or visiting!! Top notch and no waiting!

This is an amazing facility with the best staff. From the front desk to the doctors and nurses. They care about their patients, I was treated with respect and kindness and given full attention to all of my needs, not just rushed out the door. They also work quickly to get you home as soon as possible. Highly recommend for your emergency needs

Never a good reason to be visiting the ER, however our experience here was by far great! The staff were all very pleasant and caring from the moment we walked in with our 2 yr old daughter until we left. We were greeted immediately, signed in and taken back to a room within 10min of arriving. The facility was clean from waiting room to our room in the ER. The nurses and docs were great with our two year old! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love it. I never have to wait long before they call me back. I love the way everyone is so nice and helpful, from the check in desk, nurses, and doctors. I would recommend all of my family and friends to come there. Thank everyone for making my visit so easy. Awesome work!!!

They took me back as soon as I arrived, I was struggling to breathe. All of the nurses went over and beyond in their care for me. Even the receptionist went the extra mile to help me. CT/X-ray guy was very professional yet very caring.
I would go back and see Dr B again. He was very clear in what they were going to be doing, tests to be run and had the best bedside manners I have ever received from an ER doctor. Tens across the board.

I was met at reception and taken into a treatment room right away. After a nurse asked me a few questions I saw anger doctor and he ordered a CT scan. That was seconds away and then we just waited for the results. After about 20 minutes the doctor returned with the results I Had no internal injuries just a big black and blue on my chest. He told me to check with my regular doctor. Dr. Perez will see me Tuesday. The accident occurred Thursday. I could not expect any better treatment . Thank you Sacred Heart and your staff

GREAT facility. AWFUL hospital. We were seen in October due to my son’s breathing issues. We got a bill 3 months later, told that the bill had been fully paid after going back to our insurance company. Come last Sunday I got an email saying our bill was due in 4 days. I had a payment plan in place before we were told our bill had been covered and now they are saying they cannot honor their original payment plan offer and are doubling the monthly. I have been given the run around trying to get ahold of someone in charge and now will be seeking legal advice in I feel like “oops our mistake sorry.” Is not going to cut it.
If you want someone to pray for you and then completely screw you after this is the hospital for you.
