I had a really good experience at Perdido ascension sacred heart. Alex the medical assistant was very friendly and helpful the lady that checked me in was very friendly I think her name was Maria ? I was seen by Kathleen Spalla she was also awesome she treated me before and was awesome then too. I am happy being a patient there at Perdido ascension sacred heart everyone there is professional and friendly.

Very difficult to get appointments when needed, only chance is to see if urgent care has opening, then, hope information gets to all the right places in a timely manner. No problem with treatment, just getting in to be seen.

Tried to schedule a new patient appointment with one of their Family Practice Doctor; however, it would be almost 7 months until we could be seen. Totally unsatisfactory!

All I can tell you is this had better be a routine visit because you absolutely can not get through in a critical care situation.
