Making a appointment with this office is the worse ever! They may cancel on you but you don't get notified of it, the third time this happen they said they emailed me, I even check my spam yet no email, last time I showed up with a printed copy of the appointment yet the front desk said they canceled. I showed up for the second time and was told I had no appointment. At this time I am looking for another doctor.

This experience was just like the many which preceded it. Consistently great!

From beginning to conclusion my expectations were exceeded. For many years I have used my experiences here to represent the standard by which I judge ALL other service providers.

That may not seem fair as not being apples to apples however the essentials of service, no matter what service is being delivered, are the same.

It begins with the people and ends with people. Knowing what the expectations are, focus on meeting or exceeded expectations, competency, consistency and genuine caring will win out over low price every day no matter the product or service.

I have and will continually to highly recommend this organization.

During the last few days, I have recd calls from the cardiology dept saying they need to cancel my appointment for July due to unforseen circumstances ( what they mean is that they managed to chase dr mayes away)and they needed to talk to me about rescheduling. I have called 3 times, held for over 20 minutes, no one ever picked up. Tried thru main hospital number still no luck. Now, I am getting in my car and driving to the office to find out when and who I will see. I have been Dr Mayes patient since 2015. He was an excellent doctor and we will miss his experience.

If there was any other option I had, Ascension Sacred Heart would be in the rear view mirror for me!

Excellent experience. From the moment I arrived all of the staff members were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Dr Bainey was so patient and attentive to all of my questions and concerns. I never felt hurried or uncomfortable. Thank you Dr. Bainey and all of your staff for the best experience.

I was impressed by the kindness of the staff. Dr Lahti took her time and listened to what I had to say. When I left I had a clear idea of the tests to be done to establish a diagnosis. We recommended Dr Lahti to a friend just last night.

Dr Bainey, his nurse and the staff were so amazingly helpful. I left my appointment in tears with hope of actually receiving the help I have been looking for in over 2 years. Previous electrophysiologist at a different hospital were horrible and my treatment horrible.

I am very unhappy with the number of physicians leaving Ascension Sacred Heart. Something is wrong and the entire Destin community is talking about it. Within a few months time, my Cardiologist, my Primary Care Physician, and my Pulmonologist are all quitting. More than a coincidence.
