Natasha has kept both the pharmacy & the medical supplies department running. Nina in the pharmacy department is fantastic at multitasking. They have both kept my family & i going back for almost a decade & a half.
Natasha will go above & beyond in helping all customers.
I'm not so sure about the new owner & wasn't much of a fan of Omar (who took over from Arthur)

Out of town visitor, I needed supplies for my CPAP machine, and Arthur fixed me right up. I highly recommend Arthur's Pharmacy, better than any big chain pharmacy. They have any and everything plus great customer service.

I went to Arthurs today to purchase a pair of stockings for my lymphoma legs. My initial thoughts about Arthur's, as a pharmacy, was that the place was in disarray with items just piled on top of each other and falling down. Grace was very sweet, knowledgeable and polite. After taking measurements she filled out my order form and instructed me to go to the front desk to pay the bill which was $120.00, saying that they would be ready in 3 - 4 days. I presented the woman behind the counter with my credit card and was told that there would be a 3% charge. At that point I told her to cancel my order and thank goodness I did. I went another 3/4 of a mile up University Drive to Affordable Medical Supply who ordered the same stockings for me, from the same company, for the price of $92.00 and NO 3% charge for my credit card use. Affordable Medical was a pleasure to be in. Plenty of room to walk around and clean.

They usually have the items I need but the cost is crazy. The markup is way too high. But very nice customer service. Convenient location.

I called to see if they had a medication in stock. The first time I called I couldn't understand the person because they spoke such poor english. When I kindly asked her to repeat herself, she hung up on me. I called back and another person answered and told me they didn't have it. Never going back.

Store has many medical supplies you can't get anywhere else. The people there are not the friendliest and make you wait even though they are just talking to each other about personal things. HOWEVER make sure you ask if what you buy is refundable because they DON'T tell you, lesson learned after $70 expenditure. I will not be going back there. The 3 stars is because the store does have medical/post surgery items but I will look for them elsewhere

Best Pharmacy, Best Employees(especially Nina)
I have been using this pharmacy for almost a year, and they go above and beyond with helping me and they are such kind people. They are always able to help me with all of my medication needs, and even locate medication that is on back ordered everywhere else. Recently, they worked very hard with my insurance company to get a prior authorization on a medication. I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about this pharmacy team, except THANK YOU! I greatly appreciate Nina, Arthur and the whole team!

I had the pleasure of filling a prescription at Arthur’s yesterday. Although it was my first time there, I was treated like family. All of the employees and the pharmacist took their time to greet me personally. Unlike major chain pharmacies, Arthur’s made me feel important. With the quality service, kindness, and homey attitude, I will be transferring all of my prescribed medication there from now on. Thank you Arthur’s!!! Highly recommend to all!
