My husband and I both have been patients of Dr. Malzone for 11 years. She is so kind and caring and really pays attention to the details of our issues. Her office staff is very friendly and helpful, as well as her nurses. We didn’t want to risk losing her as our doctor, so we started paying for concierge care, which has been well worth it.

Dr. Malzone is my primary care physician and I am so grateful she is on the Central Coast! She is the best physician I have ever had and I trust her guidance regarding my health. She truly cares for the well-being of her patients and has a great staff to support her. I have seen three other physicians at AMG over the past many years when Dr. Malzone is away from the office and have had great experiences with all of them. The office staff is wonderful as well! I highly recommend this medical group!

After some negative experiences with other doctors in the area, I am very pleased to have found Dr. Fitchmun at Arroyo Medical Group. The concierge service is an extra cost, but I appreciate the additional benefit I receive. I am able to reach Amy quickly through the concierge line, and she is always helpful and pleasant. I am generally able to get into the office quickly, and when I do, Dr. Fitchmun spends plenty of time with me. He listens and offers sensible, intelligent advice.

I love the concierge program and particularly have a great deal of respect for my doctor, Dr. Fitchmun. He is attentive, caring and knowledgeable and reminds me of the doctors I grew up with back when medical care was as much an art as it was a science. I never feel rushed. Dr. Fitchmun's office staff is efficient and friendly. I strongly recommend the Arroyo Medical Group and Dr. Fitchmun in particular.

As a non-concierge patient of Dr. Cary Fitchmun and Arroyo Medical Group(AMG), I have been very pleased with the care and intervention I have received.

Dr. Fitchmun has has always been a warm, caring, physician with a good sense of humor. He thoughtfully explains treatment and fields my questions. Dr. Fitchmun has been prompt in making necessary specialist referrals as appropriate, and I always felt very safe and confident under his care.

Dr. Fitchmun’s nurse/assistant Linda, was always an advocate in directing my phoned questions, messages, and needs to Dr. Fitchmun, as well as making me feel at ease when in the office. Appointment reminders by voicemail and/or text have been very helpful.

On occasions when Dr. Fitchmun was out of town and unavailable, I was comfortable seeing another AMG physician, ie. Dr. Jones or another group physician.

I appreciate the ongoing medical care I have received from Dr. Fitchmun and Arroyo Medical Group Staff.
