Absolutely horrible. The waiting room was so small that patients stood in the hall, and security guards constantly yelled at them to move because they weren't positioned correctly. I was there for 9 hours. I was standing most of that time leading to the condition of my leg to get worse. I got my vitals taken 4 or 5 times to be sent out to wait in the packed waiting room again. In the end, they said I could either take antibiotics & leave or wait some more till a room opened up to do the quick procedure. I left because, with how things were looking, I would have been there for more than 12 hr by the time they had that room ready, and the pain in my leg was unbearable to continue standing in the cramped waiting room. The staff was nice, but the overall system was horrible. If you need emergency care urgently, this is not the hospital to go to.

Staff is nice and quick. But seems they have an organization problem. For it takes hours to get a simple piece of paper to be able to go home. Like what's so hard about hitting print on my prescription and taking my insurance card. Second time it took this long. Thinking about switching providers. Cause shouldn't take that long.

Extremely rude and unprofessional phone staff.

I called to see how long the wait time is because my mother needs emergency medical care. They woman on the phone said it was 4-6 hours and went on to explain how full their ER waiting room is. I said I'd go somewhere else so we aren't adding to her plate and she said "sassy aren't you" then hung up on me.

This level of sensitivity is not appropriate for someone interacting with customers in any industry. It is particularly egregious that someone trying to get medical care for a loved one would have to deal with such a rude and volatile staff member.

The staff here are just so kind! Being a mom with a sick child is hard, but they made it a good experience for us.The staff helped my son and they were so patient with him as well. They listened to all of our concerns. Above and beyond, I am so grateful for them.

I came in there for an asthma attack and mucus. I was waiting in that waiting room to get a breathing treatment for over four hours and I still didn’t get one so they can suck my dick. I will never come here again. Was constantly gasping for air while sitting in the waiting while the nurse just stare at me and not even doing there job on there phones and not doing there work if I could choose zero I would

I went to arrowhead and did spend some time waiting to be seen and to be tended to but overall my experience was great. The Dr that checked on me was very nice and very detailed with my exams.

This review is based on someone who was a ER visitor. Parking is terrible for the ER!!! I came for an ER visit and had to circle around multiple times to find parking. And the worst is they have this gated parking that’s completely open. They need to open it up for people and not for the non-existent doctors that use it!!

The system they have to check in and see patients is extremely unorganized. Expect to be called up at least 5 times before even being able to see a doctor. Personally, I Would never come here again.
