I participated in a memory study several months ago and after several visits and labs, I was dismissed because of unfavorable results (missing required bio-markers). Despite the early exit, my experience working with the Arrow Clinical team was amazing. I don't think I have seen nicer,
more caring professionals under one roof before. Kudos to their culture and mission. Becca and Andre are so impressive!

I attended an Arrow Clinical Trials seminar about a month ago. The seminar focused on Alzheimer's and the research that goes into finding a treatment or even a cure for this illness. The speaker (Dr. David Billmeier, M.D.) was very knowledgeable and informative on the subject. After the presentation, I spoke briefly to a staff member regarding my concerns about my memory loss, they recommended that I make an appointment and take a few cognitive tests. So, I made an appointment... When I arrived at Arrow, I was greeted by a friendly staff member that walked me to a waiting area (which was very nice and comfortable) and after a very short wait, I met with Ren, a very nice young lady who would be performing my cognitive testing. Ren was very friendly, professional, patient, and considerate, making me feel very comfortable and at ease during the testing. The testing took less than 2 hours, I received my results within 10 minutes or so after I completed the tests.
Thank You Arrow Clinical Trials, I feel less concerned about my memory loss... I also feel better knowing that you (Arrow Clinical Trials) are doing this kind of research to help the individuals who may have to face any form of memory loss like Dementia and Alzheimer's.
I highly recommend anyone with concerns about memory loss, Dementia, or Alzheimer's for themselves, a family member, a friend, or even a neighbor to contact Arrow Clinical Trials!

These clinical trials are crucial to finding ways to treat a variety of diseases to eradicate not only the suffering of the individual but the family as well.

I initially went in and took several tests for the neurology study, the lady that was giving the study thought I would be a good candidate. I've also put my information in for lower back pain sciatica and I have never heard anything back on either one so their lack of communication is why I gave it two. But I would give there waiting room a five very comfortable and very good snacks.

Excellent facility, Professional and Caring Staff. Passionate about helping people, The Study is extremely thorough with questions about every day activities and performances of the patient.
I am extremely pleased with the support for cognitive decline.
Prior to this experience, I felt alone
and overwhelmed and needed help
