My experience at Armstrong McCall has always been more than enjoyable. I recently went in to purchase a variety of products from Armstrong and Emily, the manager, was extremely knowledgable when making recommendations in regards to the best products. In addition, to being well informed about the latest trends, she was extremely respectful, kind, and took quality time to answer all of my questions. Terrible !!!! Emily is not nice and will lose sales for the company.
I have been shopping at Armstrong for many years in fact I have won a raffle basket one year. I drive an hour to come shop here because I have always enjoyed the customer service until yesterday.
I walked in with my son and immediately staff ( Emily ) asked me to leave my son outside due their policy on not having any non members remind you he is under 18 years of age.I replied and said "well about the customers here with there significant others ?" The manager Emily stated "they have a mutual account" I said well in that case so does my son. Long story short I proceeded to shop and I asked other customers if they where alone and if they're members one said no they where there with their stylist.
As I was getting ready to check out and Emily made it very difficult to check out she wanted to verify my license which I showed her.
Emily is rude, unprofessional,unethical and had no legal authority to do so. She treated me as if I reminded her of a girl that her boyfriend cheated on her with.
