This is the worst place in the world to go if you have medical needs. They cram patients in like cattle. I went in @ 8 one morning and was not seen until after 12. During the pandemic I asked for a referral for services and was told I had to have an appointment with the doctor. It was scheduled for 1 and the doctor called at 4:00pm. I was picking up my kids from daycare at that time so I returned the call and the doctor was a total douche on the phone. He stated I missed my window and would have to reschedule. He still charged my insurance for a visit and to date has not returned any of the calls I made afterwards. Do not go in this office unless you have boxes of discounted luxury items, like perfume or cologne, to sale because anything else is a total waste of time!

I have some paper work a dr physian report I needed. The front office refused the paperwork had a phone appointment. Dr Lewis said he needed to see the paperwork. He made me an appointment to come in .... i came in explained the issues that dr Lewis wanted me to come in they refused said it was a phone appointment and did not even consult with Dr lewis about what he needed. The front office is a joke and moronic at best....the communication is piss poor at best between rhe doctors and the front office. I will pop soon.

The most unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy admin staff I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Lewis is the only redeeming thing about this practice. If it wasn’t for him, I would have found another PCP a long time ago.

The people here are RUDE and so slow! You sit there waiting for 3 hours to see people that couldn't care less about you..find a different doctors office to go to and save yourself hours of misery!
