The doctor made me wait an hour past my new patient appointment time.. with no communication. Then she rushed me through the appointment, and she ignored and neglected to ask a lot of pertinent information. This office does not care about their patients or their treatment whatsoever. You’d be better off going to a veterinarian.

I attempted my first appointment today. I received a text message prior to my appointment advising that if I am 15 minutes late, I would need to reschedule and that a $25 no show fee may apply!
Just my luck I get to my appointment and after 20 minutes of sitting in the waiting room, I asked if they are running behind and she advised that they are. No one communicated that they are running behind. No one said anything. I then proceeded to ask how long she stated an hour.
I understand things can happen, but people need to work on their communication skills because there is no way that they should leave a patient waiting that long without communicating that something may have happened to be running behind and to be given the opportunity to reschedule or stay. I low-key need my $25.

As this being my first appointment, I would never come back!!

There is no TV in the lobby no music going just cold and silence. Not welcoming at all!

I've been a patient at Arkansas Family Medicine for the past few years, and I can definitively say that the quality of care has dramatically declined. During my last two appointments, I had to wait over 45 minutes each time before seeing a doctor or nurse. The staff here are genuinely rude and do not respect their patients' time. I will never return to this clinic and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Trust me, take your time and money elsewhere, because that's what I'm doing!

Hey! You want service? Fast fast service? Do you want service in general? Then this is NOT the place for you. I fractured my spine and I've tried going on 2 weeks to get them to even answer their phones or texts. They are just hiding I guess. I don't even think it matters at this point about the doctors. How are you even going to get in to find out their bedside manner to begin with? I texted how ridiculous this was on Friday after already had ignored my important messages on Tuesday. On Friday hours and hours after I texted and very close to closing time they texted back. All it said was they got my message and asked what I was needing. Hmmm probably the thing I left text messages, called like a crazy woman for, and left numerous voicemails. I bet that's what I was calling about if yall even tried. I can't even get a reference for a CT that the ER said to follow up with. I think I could get better service from a hobo.

My experience with Arkansas Family Medicine was truly a 5 star experience. When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted and checked in promptly. Every employee I came in contact with during my visit was professional and attentive. Amanda Stark is a star…professional, personable and a cut above! She employed active listening skills, imparted professional knowledge and allowed me to actually talk to her about my concerns and prior medical history.

Front desk nice and all but don’t EVER schedule at noon. The front desk will tell you that they don’t eat lunch but my mom quite literally saw them with their lunches. As you read this, my mom has waited over 40 minutes. And I’ve been here for about 30.

Such a great place for all your healthcare needs. Dr. Richardson doesn’t run in then out and leave you wondering. She actually listens and hears you when you relay your concerns. I ⭐️⭐️highly recommend her ⭐️⭐️

I have been a patient of Dr. Rollins for 10 years plus. I was seen by Dr. Richardson in September.

Not liking the service at all! SMH. They leave me no choice but to find another doctor. Damn shame would like a refund for the last office visit.
