Ark Family Health is the best place I have been too. I have had nothing but great experiences there and really appreciate all the people. Dr. Felix makes me feel so comfortable going that it helps my blood pressure. I cannot recommend them all enough!

Ark family health is a revolutionary form of healthcare. The service is incredibly quick, friendly, and helpful. All of their practitioners know so much and if you have a question they don’t know everything about they sit down and do research and actually call you back quickly! They are willing to spend as much time with you as you need, answer a million questions, and genuinely listen to you and get to the bottom of problems instead of 10 minute appointments and generic excuses like most doctors. We have two children and having Ark on call 24/7 for urgent care and to answer questions or help with pediatric issues takes so much stress off of our shoulders. Honestly I would recommend them to anyone but especially if you have kids, this is a must.

We have been coming to Ark Family Health since 2021, and I couldn’t be happier. Our family has been treated here for everything from minor injuries (thanks for squeezing us in!) to more severe illnesses. When a family member needed surgery, Ark worked closely with us to find the right specialist. Ark is very sympathetic to cash pay patients, and is upfront about costs for labs or medications, which is a huge help with paying for medical care. I’ve always felt listened to during my appointments, and feel like the providers truly care. I’ve never felt like just another name on a chart. I absolutely recommend this office and this style of care to anyone!

Coming as a patient from a corporate medical practice, I can tell you that the ARK experience is totally different. They are value-driven and humble. They treat patients as full partners in their care. I trust Dr. Felix and her colleagues, well, with my life and well-being. Yes, I have really good insurance from work AND I pay a little extra to have ARK. So, so worth it.

I am so thankful for Ark Family. I got an IUD placed about a year ago and it recently moved out of place causing me a lot of bleeding and discomfort. I called my OBGYN and they told me they had no availability and wouldn’t be able to help me for 2-3 months. When I called Ark they said they were busy but because of the situation that they would work me in the same day. Hemma was so kind and made the whole process easier. She ordered a stat ultrasound where it was confirmed it was dislodged and is now removing it tomorrow. I am so thankful Melissa was able to work me in and that Hemma was willing to take me. I definitely recommend this office and am so unbelievably thankful for all they do.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this office. Dr Jeremy has been an amazing provider in the 2 years I have been going here. The time spent and the attention, and the follow through is unmatched by other offices. By far the most comfortable I have felt with a primary care provider!! 10/5 stars for Ark Family Health!
