Horrible experience with Dr. Harris. I went in to have surgery to remove a fibroid in the uterine. I had to have surgery twice cause she didn’t get it all out the first time. I’ve been having abdominal pains since it just gotten worse. She said there were two other fibroid (I had a total of 3) that they were tiny I’d be fine like she didn’t care or do anything about it.

I've been a patient at this office for the past 3 years and each year it has been worse, specifically regarding billing and office issues. The office sent me a nearly $300 bill for my recent well women exam, saying my insurance said they weren't covering it when that has never been the case. I called the office and they told me to call my insurance who said they had never received a claim. I called the office BACK and they directed me to billing, who was able to see that the office didn't update my insurance ID correctly (when I submitted pictures of it online prior to the appointment and handed them a copy in person at my appointment). I understand errors happen, but having to make so many phone calls is frustrating and time consuming when the office is at fault for a basic error. Also, they wouldn't allow me to schedule my annual well women exam for next summer, saying it's "too far out" for the calendar (even though I have been able to do this in years prior). Well, guess I may be going somewhere else next time!

Horrible experience here. Today's appointment at a new office confirmed how bad it was there. The lady that I saw sat me down and immediately told me that I was high risk and needed to be seen by other specialists because I was overweight. Started the conversation with "We will induce at 37 weeks and you will be on a low dose of aspirin for you entire pregnancy." It was ludicrous. The pregnancy hadn't even been confirmed viable with an ultrasound. I would never recommend this place ever.

Just got off the phone with Gabby (medical assistant). I wanted to speak to an office manager in regards to a charge I believe was unethical, but was told they did not have an office manager. I find it hard to believe that a medical assistant also acts as an office manager, but she wears many hats, I guess. When you've been a patient for over 20 years, you struggle believing that a provider would allow this to happen because of a $40 charge you should not be responsible for. They claim that what was talked about was not part of my well woman exam. I am sorry, but how am I supposed to know I can't mention a few things I am going through during my YEARLY exam? Gabby claims there is a paper that states all that is covered. A suggestion, maybe let your patients know what will not be covered during the appt scheduling, or for the provider, stop the patient when they start to talk about what is not covered and let them know they would be billed. I was blindsided. Told that my provider is unwilling to reverse the charge.
Really, you would lose a patient for $40? Pure greed. Currently looking for a new doctor. I have no problem paying, but have a huge issue with their lack of transparency.

I was a patient here for 12 years but will never return after the last couple years of experience. The girl that answers the phone in this office is horribly rude (if you don't believe me just call and try to make an appointment). I tried to dispute a bill that Nancy Harris herself stated was billed incorrectly but when I called to dispute it I was called a liar by a woman name Gaby and told I needed to pay the bill regardless. I asked if I could speak with the office manager and was told they "don't have a manager". This place has gone downhill fast over the past few years and is being ran by unprofessional people who do not care about their patients. There are too many great OB/GYN in the area to waste your time with rude staff that send you incorrect bills unexpectedly. Stay clear of this place.

I WAS a patient for 27 years. The doctors delivered a singleton and a pair of twins. I USED TO think very highly of this practice. Now, they won't answer the phone to make an appointment. One has to use the portal to set an appointment. It is the least user-friendly app I have ever used! It is nearly impossible to find an appointment and I couldn't even find MY doctor or THIS office! I WILL NO LONGER VISIT THIS OFFICE! I recommend you find a different provider as their services have have gone down incredibly. They do not care at all.

The staff here turned me off to this office. They seem very short and unhelpful, takes months to get an appointment, and to top it off they will send you bills for services you did not receive. If I could give 0 stars I would.
