I had an imaging appointment scheduled for 1:30pm; however, when I checked in at 1:15pm—I was informed that the facility was running 2-hours behind. This is unacceptable. I wish staff would have contacted me prior to my appointment and given me a heads up that they were running behind. I read reviews in which other patients have also had this same experience. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly—as this is a huge inconvenience for people.

I would like to say that I really appreciated the cleanliness of the facility. The front desk staff, specifically Heidi and medical assistant, Amber were also very friendly, kind, and personable.

Well, since you want to put yourself on blast… by forcing people’s comments on public access then let’s start with the photos on the website, “Where’s that place because it certainly wasn’t the place I was at! The atmosphere was dreary and made me feel uncomfortable with gray walls, dark paintings… everything felt like a funeral home, no happy colors nor decor …

Wonderful staff. This location is very beautiful and well kept. I've had several tests done here and I highly recommend it. Dr Greer is the Best Radiologist I've ever met. She really cares about her patients and is genuinely interested in how we receive the test results and answered all my questions. Paula was so kind and helpful! Thank you to the entire Team!

Their idea of an Open MRI and my idea are two very different things! My insurance company researched who could offer this since I had 5 scans to do (brain & spine). It felt like the same experience as a regular (tunnel) MRI machine. They also forced me to wear a bolted down mask that looked (and felt) like Hannibal Lecter! I was NOT happy!

Word to the wise- if you want a truly open MRI, be sure to specify that you want a “Stand up MRI” versus “Open”. (pic 3)!

Staff was pleasant.

Scheduled appointment and they moved it without talking to me first. Had to change medical transport and they were behind schedule by more than an hour. Because we needed a stretcher for transport, this delay was not only very costly, but also hard to wait that long. The staff was very nice but the scheduling is a problem.

I absolutely loved the woman (Suzanne) who gave me my IV . She made me feel like she would take care of me. And she did. I have 2 cochlear implants and she was excellent communicating with me!
