Staff was polite,friendly and professional. They did good job managing clients with appointments as well as walk ins. Facility was clean and nice atmosphere. Will return.

The woman at the front desk is very rude. Her name is Margaret. I asked her a question regarding how long it would be before I was going to be seen. She answered that she didn’t know. Asked her if I could talk to someone who would know and she started yelling at me that I was 4th in line to be seen. I said that she didn’t have to be rude about it and she started yelling at me again! Saying that she wasn’t rude. I can’t believe what’s happened to customer service!! I was hurt most of all was when she was yelling at me there was so many other patients in the waiting room and they all were looking at me. I was so embarrassed!

Okay. I'm used to waiting well beyond the scheduled time for medical procedures... not so much here. I had filled out paperwork prior to the visit; so I just had to check-in at the desk - polite and efficient service there. Ten minutes later I was getting ready for my test. The techs were friendly and helpful, and the procedure was done quickly. Can I give 6 stars?

I went yesterday at a very busy time. I was told at least an hour and a half wait. A friendly staff person told me a time to return in the morning and I was seen within 10 minutes or so. Staff was friendly and competent.

Nothing fantastic the wait was to long, the people at the MRI were rude Travis in X-ray was nice and didn’t make me wait or act like I was bothering him. Don’t know if I’ll be back there. I usually go to Simon med, I think there so much nicer there.

Front desk girl wha admioted me was not nice...
Got the feeling she didnt like me. The front desk person who processed my billinh was as nice as she could be.
Travis the xray tech was bery professional...straightforward and couteous.

Had a very pleasant experience. All the people I had the pleasure to deal with were very friendly and professional. They cared about my comfort. Explain each procedure I was having done.
Definitely will have all future procedures done here.
