Great service. I needed a specific COVID test and form for re-entry into Japan. They discussed all of the options with me in detail. Timing is a major factor for traveling and they were able to guarantee same-day results. Staff was friendly and efficient. I even asked them to re-issue the form and they did it very quickly. I had a great experience from start to finish. Totally recommend.

I really appreciated the courteous and accommodating staff person who worked me in. Their process was streamlined and felt safe. The test was not painful, and they called me with results within 2 hours. They did seem to be short-staffed, but the folks that were there worked hard to keep things running smoothly.

I went to ARCpoint for a COVID test last Friday and the process was seamless! The receptionist, Amy was SO friendly on the phone when I booked my appointment. When I came in, I waited for just a few minutes and quickly got tested. Kim, who administered my test has an excellent bedside manner and was also very kind! I received my results the same day within an hour. This was truly a wonderful and stress free experience!

The fastest appointment I have ever been too. I was tested for COVID here twice. I was not in the facility for more than 10 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Everyone was very friendly and I had no issues. Would definitely recommend.

The team at ARCpoint Labs was awesome. I contacted them on the weekend in a panic because my COVID test results from another provider were not in and my international flight left at 1:00 pm on Monday. The on-call technician set my mind at ease and confirmed that they could get this handled Monday morning so I would miss my flight. They did everything they said and had my results to me with time to spare. I have shared this story with many travelers and will continue to do so. I highly recommend ARCpoint Labs!

I highly recommend ARCpoint Labs of Birmingham. They are quick, efficient, and welcoming. They stagger their appointments so you are not sitting in a waiting room full of people waiting to get a Covid-19 test. They also give you all the information to file your insurance for the fee. Best of all, results by the end of the day! I was so impressed that I shared their contact information with the entire staff where I work.

I went here a urine screen and was initially treated great by a young man that took my sample and acted professionally.
Unfortunately upon calling a week or so later was greeted by a very unhappy, frankly rude female receptionist. I asked if there was a result for my test and she then mocked me saying, “If didn’t pay for the screen then they own my urine” (laughing in condescending tone).
I understand that these offices have no incentive to treat their patients with respect because companies usually pay for their services; however, it was unusual to be treated disrespectfully out of the blue by a stranger that was probably having a bad day.
Good luck if you are an employee having to deal with this company.

The owners came in on Christmas Eve so that myself and others who needed proof of negative Covid test to fly could get tested when nowhere else was offering tests on Christmas Eve or Christmas. They were helpful and even offered their personal phone number to contact if there were any delays in receiving the test results. Thank you to them for their selflessness!
