This is my first visit at archwell Health. The people at the front desk were friendly and efficient. My appointment was on time. Dr DeMoss spent a lot of time with me and listened to my expectations and medical concerns. Overall, it was a good initial meeting. It's my hope that subsequent office visits, services, staff, etc. Will be as good as this initial meeting was. Much better than my previous PCP and practice.

I really liked Dr Withers, but was unhappy to hear he may only be a temporary Dr. I am concerned that Archwell may be too good to be true. Especially in having enough qualified doctors.

Dr Withers was very thorough and listened intently to what my concerns were.

The office staff & Assistant were friendly and thorough.

The offices were also very clean.

I'm looking forward to the new office opening on January on Ina Rd because that would be a lot closer to my home.

The doctor sp e nt time with me going over everything. Asking questions and making sure he understood what my needs are. Very kind and knowledgeable. I was relaxed and felt no stress. Enjoyed talking with him. Very good visit.

For a morning appointment, the wait was a bit long. Providers, however, were just what I had hoped for. One thing I would recommend: remind clients not to take advantage of free coffee if blood pressure is to be measured.

Dr Sedlak was wonderful. She was very caring. Took all the time to get to know my mother and listen to some concerns. We were sad to find out she is a traveling doctor and won't be my mother's permanent doctor. Hope she will be assigned someone equally as good. MA Kristi also was very caring and professional.

I was very sorry to learn Rebecca Hoover is leaving. She is the best PCP I have ever had and I have had quite a number of them. I understand she needs to do what is best for her, but I will definitely miss her. She is not only a pleasure to work with but she helped me improve my overall health as well.

Top notch center and staff.
Recently joined Archwell Health for primary care.
Very impressed with the team and facilities.
I care deeply about my health but tend to be more hands off and natural in my approach. I don't like to use prescription drugs or diagnostic testing to "uncover" issues that are under the hood.
I was concerned that I would have to explain why I don't want to have a battery of tests but was pleasantly surprised ?
They met me where I am, offered to help me with things I am interested in and never presured me.
I highly recommend !
