Dr. Loy has always been compassionate and willing to listen to me. He educates with humbleness and has a gift of breaking things down and explaining the "why" in an easy to understand way that makes sense.

The provider Dannie loy was very rude to me. He was very condescending, talked down to me, and basically called me a liar. He treated me like I was a drug seeking junkie just because I was asking for a letter about anxiety that he diagnosed and treated me for. I was also told prior to the appt that this was something he said he would do. I work in Healthcare and can't imagine treating someone this way. I would've been fine with a simple "no". The lady at the front desk was very nice but I won't ever be back.

Everyone here was very unprofessional and rude. I went 10 min before my appointment and still had to wait 2 hours until they called me back and then waited another hour for the doctor and another to get labs done.
They tied the tourniquet too tight and dug for the vein which left me badly bruised and in pain.
I told multiple people that I was just there to get labs done so I could get my prescription refilled and still haven't gotten my meds that I need because I can't make it to a lab consultation. Something that honestly could be done over the phone. I felt like I wasted my time going here So I will be taking myself elsewhere where I can actually get the care I need.
