Easily the most unprofessional place I've received medical care. I was running 10 mins late for a mental health appointment, called ahead, and they told me it wasn't going to be a problem (it's an hour drive) then I get there and they tell me I can't be seen because I'm more than 5 mins late (I took the morning off for this). They didn't even talk to me during my check up before telling me I'm good to leave. No communication, and very demeaning towards mental health. They asked me a bunch of questions, then another person came in to repeat back absolutely nothing that I said to the first person. Just wow. Our healthcare here in the states is lack luster at best but this place is a whole new level of disappointment.

Just met my daughter and son doctor. Dr Kennedi James is so sweet and she listens. That's all that matters. Her energy is amazing. I'm glad my kids have her for their doctor..

I love this specific doctors office.The receptionist, nurses and the lady who does blood draw are wonderful and sweet like a Hershey kiss ?. I did see Dr. regahvan who is a great doctor but I decided to change to a women dr. And she is a awesome doctor. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THEY HAVE ALOUT OF PATIENTS THEY SEE AND THEY HAVE TO BE REMINDED, NOT FOR PEOPLE TO BE RUDE ABOUT REFERRALS OR MEDICINES ETC. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO WORKS IN ARCARE- NURSES , DOCTORS ,RECEPTIONIST, SOCIAL WORKERS ETC FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

I had to stop by here and Give ArCare on kanis Road in Little Rock a review. The people at the front desk Are so amazing. They are very helpful. Ashlin and Amanda They greet you when you come through the door and I cannot say enough about My PERSONAL NURSE, Brittany, she goes above and beyond for me she do my pill pack for me to make sure I take my medicine every week anytime I called her, she answers. She is the best nurse, this side of heaven and Doctor Raghavan He’s growing on me he’s getting better at answering my questions but he has amazing staff!!!

They are not on top of things. You have to constantly call them to refill prescription & even if you come in and physically ask them to refill a prescription or fill out paperwork you have to call & call to make sure it’s done. My client had to go without very important paperwork being filled out and medication because they dropped the ball. I’ll be sending her someplace else.

Very bad Experience with this location. me and my wife went first time for annual wellness checkup. we have asked same thing at the receptionist as well as doctor. they have did our annual checkup and send result. But after few days we received Bill with some charges which says new patient Charges. i have first time seen that you will charge for new patient when you went for annual check up which is free from insurance. when i spoke with insurance they said doctor office tag that visit as regular checkup not annual. I have spoke with billing department they said same when i spoke with doctor office every time they are not willing to talk me about bill the only person can change that visit annual instead of regular checkup is doctor office. This is worst experience i have so far. Don't go this place for annual checkup other wise you will end up with big bill.

I've been waiting 3 months for them to simply fax a referral. I've been calling every week for the last month to check if they've sent it.

I've been given conflicting information on its status every time and repeatedly told "they'll put a note in for the nurse."

In the meantime I've been still detailing with episodic issues I cannot get treatment for without this specialist they were supposed to refer me to.

The quality and continuity of care here is nearly non-existent.
