This doctors office is a joke. Would highly not recommend trusting them with your own personal issues or your childrens. I'm filing a complaint through corporate and my kids and I are switching doctor's immediately!

The providers are amazing but it has gotten quite ridiculous how you can hardly ever, get ahold of a nurse, if you need to. They are never available, ever!

Alisha is awesome! She makes you feel completely comfortable even when you have what I call, White coat syndrome^.a fear of going to the doctor. Going to see Dr. Hightower is great. She listens to you and pays attention to your concerns. I'd give her more stars if possible.

Above par for cleanliness as far as doctors offices go..my youngest likes to take their shoes off when we go inside places, any other doctors office her socks would have been dark black

Well it was my first time they were talking most about my health, what I needed as far as prescriptions so in a couple of visits they worked it out even got prescriptions cheaper price hey that was awesome.

Just need a prescription of antibiotics for my grandmother doors were locked at 11:20. Lunch is from 12 to 1 not like the place was busy. I tend to avoid places like this just laziness.

I had a horrible experience there....nurse threw a fit one while I was sick made it a horrible experience....She discriminated against me and was very unprofessional.....then Tammy Hicks ce in behind her and said she would rather throw water in my face as give me pain medication for my chest that was hurting....I will never go back there and I hope Civil rights gives them a visit....very backwood entitled like they were better than me
