Great facility with wonderful staff. You went "above and beyond" to care for my father, Clatis (Cricket) Long, as he spent his last 3 weeks on this earth there in your facility. Their worker Jekita Moody is the best! She is the sweetest and sings happy birthday to the residents on their special day. She really cares about the clients & her hard work shouldn’t go unnoticed. Every nursing home should have someone special like her!

I would like to say there are a lot of caring workers at Choctaw Health & Rehab who strive to make a difference in the lives of the people they care for! Just one of many is Nell Gardner who has worked there for many years. Nell is a compassionate caring worker and I appreciate the job she does.
