My mom had recent hip surgery and was not ready to be left alone. I had to leave for several days to go back home. I was given Aqua home care as an agency who supplied care givers for hourly or 24 hr care which I needed. They were great. I gave 2 wk notice but they have dealt with less notification. Blaine was great. Arranged for the caregiver. The finance end was thoroughly explained,, no surprises and went the extra mile for the final cost. The care giver was wonderful, my mom’s hearing aid went out for 2 days and she dealt with it as frustrating as it was for both of them.
I would highly recommend this home care agency.

Great staff very helpful, one of the few organizations that go above and beyond to ensure their patient. Health and well-being. And the dedication to secure you or your loved ones. To secure the proper treatment for them. Even if they can't provide service, is rarely seen anymore. Mr. Blane and this staff, Truly care about the families are their needs. After meeting with Mike R from Aqua I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. It's never an easy decision to hire someone to care for your loved one but Mike made us feel completely at ease. He was informative and even took the time to address my mom directly, breaking things down to her so she didn't feel "left out". It takes someone special to care for a person with Dementia and this just showed me that Mike has that knowledge, as well as many of his caregivers. We were referred to Aqua by Angela Bellantoni and are so happy she did. Aqua took the time to get to know my mom and paired her with someone they hand picked for her care. My mom has already had her visit and she was glowing with excitement after just one day. I would recommend calling them before anyone else if you are looking for home care!

Mike at Aqua has been very helpful in scheduling care for my mother who recently moved into an ALF. The caregivers working with my mom have given me the peace of mind to know that she is being well cared for. Everyone at Aqua has been easy to communicate with and prompt to respond.

I should have done this sooner but with the passing of my husband, I got side tracked. I want to thank you for the round the clock nurses you provided, they were excellent and made it easy to be around each day. All three of them should be recommended anytime.

Aqua home care has been the best thing to happen to our family as life brings on different seasons for our parents ..Aliette is the cna that cares for my parents and over this past year we have watched her caretaking turn to deep and genuine love for our family and we feel exactly the same way toward Aliete. She is reliable, kind, more than helpful and honest which means so much.
Aqua home care office staff has been communicative, responsive and helpful in ways we never anticipated possible.
